Entrées

If you cook fish, you can keep the same Champagne as the one of the aperitif time.

Fish

A Brut or a Brut Millésimé with plain or grilled salmon, keep the same taste with the Brut Rosé.

Meat

optez pour un champagne plus vineux, un millésimé.

Cheese

There are some interesting harmony between Millésimé and some of the cooked cheese, keep off tasty cheese.

  • A chaource with a Brut Rosé.
  • An old Mimolette (very hard) with an old Millésimé.

Deserts

Not too sweet, Champagne don’t get on well with Chocolate.
