Very graded and can evaluate. The nice Thierry Lombard, has plenty of nice “cuvees” as the Champagne Brut Premier Cru, increased in Chardonnay, with flavours, from a refined taste with dry and lovely fruits. Excellent Brut Rosé, with a very pale salmon-pink colour and with a good cassis flavour succeed like this BRUT, with lot of Pinots. This nice Millésime 97 has perfumed, creamy and ripe taste,it is perfect with a crayfish.
